What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cheque, credit and debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Instant EFT and SnapScan through PayFast.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to you between 5 to 7 working days after it has been processed.
Can I return a product for a refund?
Yes, you can return a product you purchased for a refund. Visit our returns and refunds policy page for more information.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all parts of South Africa through our delivery partner (The Courier Guy).
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the waybill/tracking number through our courier partner site - The Courier Guy. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with the tracking information.
